[ASHRAE Terminology of Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration]Тепловые насосы известны давно и считаются изделием эффективным, надежным, срок службы которого никак не меньше, а иногда и больше, чем у другого вентиляционно-отопительного оборудования. Их уже всерьез рассматривают в качестве следующего шага на пути развития отопления, все более ориентирующегося на требования окружающей среды. Несмотря на то что в Европе они достаточно широко применяются, остаются еще широкие возможности для их распространения как в новом строительстве, так и в реконструируемом жилом фонде на смену традиционным отопительным котлам. В данной статье мы хотели бы рассмотреть подробнее, что же такое тепловой насос, каковы его потребительские свойства, сферы применения и возможные перспективы роста спроса.
Некоторое время назад тепловой насос представлялся главным образом как агрегат или некая система, предназначенная в первую очередь для кондиционирования воздуха, способная также обеспечить определенную отопительную мощность, в большей или меньшей степени удовлетворяющую потребности в тепле в межсезонный период. На самом деле характеристики этого оборудования стремительно меняются, и уже во многих странах Европы тепловой насос сменил, что называется, «ориентацию»: первым делом потребности в тепле, а охлаждение – потом. Больше того, зачастую тепловой насос уже используется только для отопления.
Такая смена потребительской ориентации обусловлена произошедшей за последние два десятилетия трансформацией подходов западного мира:
• озабоченностью качеством воздуха, необходимостью решения проблемы парникового эффекта, создаваемого отопительными системами;
• поиском альтернативных экологических решений на смену традиционному отоплению посредством сжигания ископаемого топлива;
• повышением эффективности и надежности тепловых насосов вследствие эволюции рефрижераторных технологий, разработки новых спиральных компрессоров и пр.;
• уменьшением вредного воздействия рефрижераторных систем на среду вследствие разработки новых хладагентов HFC.
Первые два фактора в наибольшей степени способствовали росту внимания к использованию альтернативных источников энергии, в частности, солнечной. Однако, несмотря на многообещающие результаты, альтернативные источники энергии пока еще не вышли на уровень оптимального соответствия ожиданиям массового потребителя.
Такое негласное приятие тепловых насосов, не требующее масштабных кампаний по ознакомлению с системой широкой публики, полагаем, есть наилучшее подтверждение того, что сама система вполне приемлема для потребителя и может получить дальнейшее распространение, включая такие применения, где до сих пор она вряд ли предполагалась.
Категории, виды и функции тепловых насосов
Существуют самые разные варианты классификации тепловых насосов. Здесь мы ограничимся делением систем по их оперативным функциям на четыре основных категории:
• Тепловые насосы только для отопления, применяемые для обеспечения комфортной температуры в помещении и/или приготовления горячей санитарной воды.
Существует обширное поле деятельности по замене котлов низкотемпературных отопительных систем на основе теплоизлучающих полов или стеновых панелей либо вентиляционно-конвекторными, либо тепловентиляционными установками. Перспективы замены чрезвычайно интересны, поскольку существующий административно-жилой фонд, как правило, испытывает определенные проблемы с дымоотводами и дымоходами и проблемы безопасности в целом.
Тепловой насос, который в принципе не имеет таких проблем, представляется в этих случаях идеальным вариантом замены.
• Тепловые насосы отопительные и холодильные, применяемые для кондиционирования помещений в течение всего года.
Наиболее распространенными являются реверсивные аппараты класса «воздух-воздух». Тепловые насосы средней и большой мощности для сооружений сферы обслуживания используют гидравлические контуры для распределения тепла и холода и при этом могут обеспечивать оба рабочих режима одновременно.
• Интегрированные системы на основе тепловых насосов, обеспечивающие отопление помещений, охлаждение, приготовление горячей санитарной воды и иногда утилизацию отводимого воздуха.
Подогрев воды может осуществляться либо отбором тепла перегрева подаваемого газа с компрессора, либо комбинацией отбора тепла перегрева и использования регенерированного тепла конденсатора.
Использование только отбора тепла перегрева целесообразно, когда требуется только отопление помещений.
Тепловые насосы, предназначенные исключительно для приготовления горячей санитарной воды, зачастую в качестве источника тепла используют воздух среды, но равным образом могут использовать и отводимый воздух.
Тепловые насосы бывают как моновалентные, так и бивалентные.
Различие между двумя видами состоит в том, что моновалентные насосы рассчитаны таким образом, чтобы полностью покрывать годичную потребность в отоплении и охлаждении.
Напротив, б ивалентные тепловые насосы рассчитаны, чтобы полностью покрыть потребность в охлаждении и только в объеме от 20 до 60% тепловую нагрузку зимнего периода и от 50 до 95% сезонной отопительной потребности.
У бивалентных тепловых насосов пиковая нагрузка покрывается за счет дополнительных источников отопления, чаще всего газовых или жидко-топливных котлов.
В жилом фонде в странах Южной Европы тепловые насосы зачастую относятся к классу реверсивные «воздух-воздух» (главным образом, разводные либо моноблок, при этом и те, и другие с прямой подачей воздуха).
Справедливости ради надо сказать, что постепенно ширится предложение тепловых насосов класса реверсивные «воздух-вода», чаще всего поставляемых в комплекте с расширительным баком и насосным агрегатом.
По отдельному заказу поставляется накопительный резервуар. Такие насосы можно врезать непосредственно в существующие водопроводные системы, обеспечивающие отопление посредством теплых полов или стеновых панелей, взамен отопительных котлов.
В новостройках тепловые насосы класса «воздух-воздух» отлично сочетаются с вентиляционно-конвекторными системами при работе и в летний, и в зимний периоды.
В Германии и других странах Северной Европы только для отопления распространены тепловые насосы, которые используют тепло, содержащееся в грунте. Диапазон тепловой мощности разработанных моделей самый широкий – от 5 до 70 кВт. В торгово-административных зданиях системы на основе тепловых насосов могут быть с централизованным распределением воздуха либо с приготовлением горячей/холодной воды, распределяемой по одному или нескольким водопроводным контурам.
При наличии нескольких отдельных зон обслуживания для обеспечения индивидуальной «участковой» климатизации в здании устанавливается соответствующее число тепловых насосов.
