פַּלָּטִינוֹס, פַּלָּאטִ׳m. (palatinus, παλατῖνος) 1) (sub. mons) the Palatine Hill, a name given to royal residences in general (v. Dio Cassius LIII, 1 6); esp. Palatinus, a name given by the Samaritans to Mount Gerizim. Gen.
