Функция «Управление объектами» координирует все функции, задействованные в эксплуатации объекта во время проведения Игр, и выступает в роли конечной инстанции на объекте в случае конфликта между функциями или в случае неожиданных событий, оказывающих влияние на установленные планы.

Venue Management FA (VM)
During the Games time Venue Management is responsible for the overall management of the venues, ensuring that the venue teams can operate each venue at world-class level, and all aspects of the staging of the events are adequately supported, with strong emphasis on client service, safety and functional efficiency. Venue Management coordinates all the FAs involved in Games-time operations at venue level, and represents the final authority within the venue, in case of conflict between functions or unexpected events that affect the established plans.
