непреднамеренный пуск
Любой пуск, который вследствие неожиданности может привести к возникновению опасности, причиной которого могут быть, например:
-команда пуска, выдаваемая в результате сбоя системы управления или внешнего воздействия на нее;
-команда пуска, выдаваемая в результате несвоевременного воздействия на орган управления пуском или другие части машины, например датчик или элемент регулирования мощности;
- возобновление энергоснабжения после прерывания;
-внешнее/внутреннее воздействия на элементы машины (например, силы тяжести, ветра, самовоспламенения в двигателях внутреннего сгорания).
Примечание
Пуск машины в режиме выполнения автоматического цикла не может считаться непреднамеренным, но его можно рассматривать как неожиданный с точки зрения оператора. Для предотвращения таких случаев необходимо использовать защитные меры (ИСО 12100-2, раздел 5, и ИСО 14118, пункт 3.2

неожиданный пуск
Любой пуск, вызванный:
- командой на пуск, которая является результатом отказа в системе управления или внешнего воздействия на нее;
- командой на пуск, являющейся результатом несвоевременного воздействия на пусковое устройство или части машины, например, на датчики или на элемент системы силового управления;
- восстановлением энергоснабжения после разрыва в цепи;
- внутренним/внешним воздействием на части машины (силой тяжести, ветром, самовоспламенением в двигателях внутреннего сгорания).
Примечание - Автоматический пуск машины при нормальной эксплуатации не является непреднамеренным, но, с точки зрения оператора, может быть понят как неожиданный. Предотвращение аварий в этом случае подразумевает применение технических мер защиты.
