Компенсация за потерю работы. В Великобритании существует система выплат работодателями выходных пособий на основе Закона о правах наемных работников 1996 г. Размер пособия зависит от возраста работника, продолжительности его службы и величины его заработка. Компенсация выплачивается также менеджерам высшего звена, если они вынуждены уйти на пенсию раньше срока истечения контракта по причине слияния или поглощения компании.
