Держатели лицензии обычно вкладывают в дело крупный капитал, а компания-собственник обеспечивает техническую помощь, рекламу, предоставляет оборудование, что позволяет ей расширять свою деятельность без привлечения больших дополнительного средств. 2. Франшиза. Условие страхового договора, предусматривающее освобождение страховой компании от возмещения убытков, не превышающих определенный в договоре уровень.
