1 Focus group
Un grupo de personas pertenecientes a un mismo mercado meta, entrevistados por un moderador como parte de un escenario de investigación de mercadotecnia. Consiste entre 6 y 10 personas y el moderador que discuten directamente cuestiones del producto a investigar, hacen preguntas acerca de las necesidades, percepciones, sentimientos, y preferencias de los participantes. -
