L’IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) est un organisme international regroupant des concepteurs de réseaux, des opérateurs et des chercheurs travaillant à l’évolution de l’architecture de l’internet. L’IETF développe par exemple le format de syndication Atom. -

Défini par l’IETF ( Internet Engineering Task Force), le format Atom est un format ouvert de syndication, à savoir un format permettant de traiter les informations récentes mises à disposition par un site web pour lecture sur d’autres sites. Le format Atom est basé sur le format XML (extensible markup language). Un autre format de syndication est le format RSS (really simple syndication). -
