114 -always o ever?-
In tutti gli altri casi è necessario utilizzare always: It's always cold here in winter, fa sempre freddo qui in inverno (non It's ever cold here in winter). Esiste inoltre la locuzione for ever che significa “per sempre”: I'll work here for ever, lavorerò qui per sempre. -
115 -pile o fleece?-
“Pile” in inglese significa soltanto “mucchio”, “pila”: Farà freddo, mi porto un pile, it will be cold, I'm bringing my fleece (non It will be cold, I'm bringing my pile). -
