A disease known also as "Wool-sorters' Disease". Mohair, camels' hair, alpaca and cashmere are most liable to convey infection. Both men and animals are subject to this infectious disease, which develops a virulent ulcer and high fever. It localises in the skin or lungs, and sometimes in the intestines. It is not always fatal. When confined to the skin alone, a cure is usually effected. -
