Cloelius (andere Form Cluīlius, gr. Κλοίλιος), a, um, Name eines albanischen, später römischen Geschlechts, aus dem bes. bekannt Cluilius od. Cloelius, der letzte König von Alba, der ein Heer ins röm. Gebiet führte u. dieses mit einem Graben (noch später Cluilia fossa, Liv. 1, 23, 3, u. fossae Cluiliae od. Cloeliae, Liv. 2, 39, 5.
