Also ἄγορρις ἀγορά, ἄθροισις H. which may be Aeolic, Chantr. Form. 280.Etymology: No direct cognates, but the reconstruction * h₂ger- is unproblematic. On γέργερα πολλά H., τὰ γάργαρα `heaps, lots' s. s.vv. ἠγερέθονται, - το, has a present-suffix - θ-; cf.
