מָעַךְ(b. h.; cmp. מוּךְ) to crush; to dissolve by rubbing. Lam. R. to I, 1 מָעֲכוּ את הזקן (העיר) they crushed an old man to death. Yeb.34b מֹועֲכֹות, v. infra.
