שִׁכְלֵל, שִׁיכְ׳(Shaf. of כלל, cmp. שָׁכַל) to finish, decorate. Snh.38a למלך שבנה פלטרין גדולים ושִׁיכְלְלָןוכ׳ Ms. M. (v. Rabb. D.
