To be rejected Petersen AmJPh 56, 64 ff. (cross of *κύμνος [to κυέω] and σκύλαξ) and Schwyzer KZ 37, 150 (s. Bq). -- Because of the - μν- prob. a Pre-Greek word (not in Furnée).
