; in Th.7.36 ἀντηρίδες are stay-beams fixed inside a ship's bow, and projecting beyond it, so as to support and strengthen the ἐπωτίδες.II=θυρίς, window, Suid.:—and in E.Rh. 785 it must mean nostrils, if it be the right reading.
