3.2 работоспособное состояние (testably functional): Состояние карты, сохранившееся после некоторого потенциально разрушительного воздействия и отвечающее следующим критериям:
a) любая магнитная полоса, находящаяся на карте, показывает соотношение между амплитудами сигналов до и после воздействия в соответствии с требованиями основного стандарта;
