Nota d'usoIl sostantivo documenti spesso non viene tradotto con “documents”, ma con “papers”. Il termine “document”, infatti, si riferisce di solito a documenti ufficiali e certificati, e viene usato in contesti formali, mentre “papers” è più generico e informale, e può indicare ogni tipo di documento o modulo: Hai messo in ordine i documenti di ieri?, have you sorted out yesterday's papers?; documenti di spedizione, shipment papers (o documents).
