Sochi 2014 shall be permitted to grant to its telecom sponsor the right to place Games marks on pre-paid single function stored value cards not denominated in monetary units provided that the telecom service provider makes clear on and in the promotion of such card that the card is used to access the telecom service provider's telecommunication services only. Except as stated above, Sochi 2014 shall not be permitted to grant a non-partner organization the right to place Games marks on any pre-paid single function stored value cards, whatever their denomination.
