Las habas de la granja hay que trabajarlas bien, para que crezcan tan finas como la misma manteca, hay que bien abonarlas con estiércol puro, de lo que producen los animales de la casa, y no con las otras clases de abonos artificiales, pasa lo mismo que con nuestras Costumbres y demás Tradiciones Ancestrales, después hay que cocinarlas en una pota de hierro, con aguas puras de nuestras fuentes de nuestros ríos que no estén contaminadosbueno no vale cocinarlas en las ciudades con las aguas desinfectadas por el cloro, así como las carnes que llevan las habas tienen que ser de cerdo, criado con alimentos naturales, y así de esta manera, con morcillas, chorizo, jamón o lacón, se hace una "fabada" que es un manjar de los ángeles.
