    Βοανηργές (var. other spellings are found in the mss., e.g. Βοανεργές, which is also used by Just.) of Aram. composition Boanerges=Hebr. בְּנֵי רֶגֶשׁ Mk 3:17, transl. υἱοὶ βροντῆς Sons of thunder (cp.
