Шкала времени, на основе которой осуществляется координированное распространение по радио стандартных частот и сигналов времени. Международная шкала координированного времени соответствует международному атомному времени, но отличается от него на целое число секунд.

1. Применительно к требованиям настоящего стандарта применяется "Национальная шкала координированного времени Российской Федерации UTC (SU)".
2. Международная шкала координированного времени устанавливается Международным комитетом мер и весов и Международной службой вращения Земли

3 téléphonie
Le terme "téléphonie" est un terme générique recouvrant à la fois l’activité des opérateurs de téléphonie (fixe, mobile et internet) et celle des fabricants d’appareils. A ce jour, une communication téléphonique entre deux abonnés peut s’effectuer au moyen d’un téléphone fixe, d’un téléphone mobile ou d’un logiciel de téléphonie via l’internet. La solution la plus ancienne est la téléphonie fixe, par le biais du réseau téléphonique commuté (RTC). La téléphonie mobile utilise un système de transmission radio-électrique via les réseaux GSM (global system for mobile communications), GPRS (general packet radio service) et UMTS (universal mobile telecommunications service). En pleine expansion, la téléphonie sur IP (internet protocol) est une téléphonie à moindre coût utilisant le réseau internet, et basée sur un échange de données numériques transitant par paquets. -
4 Windows Media
(WM)L’appellation Windows Media (WM) ou Windows Media Technology (WMT) recouvre les techniques de compression audio et vidéo de Windows, le système d’exploitation de Microsoft. Apparu en mai 1999, Windows Media est un ensemble de technologies utilisant l’environnement Windows et permettant la création et la diffusion de sons et d’images sur tout support ou moyen de communication: CD (compact disc), DVD (digital versatile disc), baladeur numérique, internet, GPRS (general packet radio service), satellite, UMTS (universal mobile telecommunications service), etc. Pour ce faire, Microsoft met au point de puissants algorithmes, par exemple WMA (Windows media audio) pour la compression de fichiers audio et WMV (Windows media video) pour la compression de fichiers audio et vidéo. Le Windows Media Player est un logiciel permettant de lire, d’organiser, de sauvegarder et de compresser tous les fichiers multimédias. Le Windows MovieMaker est un logiciel permettant de créer des films à partir de photos et de vidéos analogiques ou numériques. -
5 téléphonie mobile
La téléphonie mobile recouvre tout à la fois l’activité des opérateurs de téléphonie mobile et celle des fabricants d’appareils cellulaires (téléphone portable, smartphone et successeurs). La principale norme de transmission est la norme GSM (global system for mobile communications), utilisée depuis 1992. Après la téléphonie mobile de 1e génération (1G) dans les années 1980, la téléphonie mobile de 2e génération (2G) est caractérisée notamment par la numérisation de la voix, le SMS (short message service) et l’apparition du multimédia. L’année 2004 voit les débuts de la téléphonie mobile de 3e génération (3G), basée sur le standard 3GSM (3G + GSM) ou le standard UMTS (universal mobile telecommunications system). Avec un téléphone qui permet de prendre des photos, d’écouter de la musique, d’utiliser l’internet ou de regarder une vidéo. En 2005 et 2006, la Chine et le Japon préparent déjà la téléphonie mobile de 4e génération (4G).
