    Under the table — секретный, с оттенком незаконности и/или неэтичности. Типа "подстольный" - сравните с нашим "подпольный". А также - пьяный.

    Underwhelm (to) — не впечатлить. Это полупередразнивание популярного слова с противоположным значением - to overwhelm (потрясти).

    Underground — ну да, андеграунд. Но без всякой советской поэтизации.
