3.1.2 толерантная граница (tolerance limit): Граница толерантного интервала.
Примечание - Статистический толерантный интервал может быть или односторонний, когда он имеет или верхнюю или нижнюю толерантную границу, или двусторонний, когда он имеет обе толерантные границы.
3.2 В настоящем стандарте применены следующие обозначения:
i - индекс наблюдения;
k1 (n; р; 1 - a) - коэффициент, используемый при определении xL или хU для одностороннего толерантного интервала, когда значение s известно;
k2 (n; р; 1 - a) - коэффициент, используемый при определении xL и хU для двустороннего толерантного интервала, когда значение s известно;
k3 (n; р; 1 - a) - коэффициент, используемый при определении xL или хU для одностороннего толерантного интервала, когда значение s неизвестно;
k4 (n; р; 1 - a) - коэффициент, используемый при определении xL и хU для двустороннего толерантного интервала, когда значение s неизвестно;
п - число наблюдений в выборке;x
р - минимальная доля совокупности, относительно которой утверждают, что она находится внутри толерантного интервала;
s - выборочное стандартное отклонение;
uр - квантиль стандартного нормального распределения уровня р;
xi - i-е наблюдаемое значение (i = 1, 2,..., n);
xmax - максимальная из наблюдаемых величин: xmax = max {х1; х2,..., хn};
xmin - минимальная из наблюдаемых величин: xmin = min {х1; х2,..., хn};
xL - нижняя граница толерантного интервала;
хU - верхняя граница толерантного интервала;
- выборочное среднее арифметическое значение: ;
1 - a - уровень доверия утверждения, что доля совокупности, находящаяся внутри границ толерантного интервала, больше указанного значения р или равна ему;
m - среднее совокупности;
s - стандартное отклонение совокупности.
