внешнеторговая выручка (продукция). При составлении баланса народного хозяйства (Balance of National Economy) результаты внешнеторговой деятельности определяются как разница между стоимостью импортных товаров, проданных на рынке страны-покупателя по внутренним ценам, и стоимостью отечественных экспортных товаров в тех же ценах.Объем продажи импортных товаров на внутреннем рынке характеризуется величиной выручки, полученной предприятиями оптовой и розничной торговли страны. Экспортные поставки - это товарная продукция в ценах предприятия с учетом дополнительных затрат, связанных с ее доставкой до границы, хранением, страхованием. В методологических положениях по составлению БНХ изложенный выше метод определения стоимости продукции внешней торговли рекомендуется использовать при условии сбалансированности ее оборота. В этом случае измеряемый в международных средствах объем экспорта равняется объему импорта. Если же после пересчета всех стоимостных объемов купли и продажи товаров на зарубежных рынках в национальную валюту по официальным курсам импорт превышает экспорт, то разница между экспортом и импортом во внутренних ценах уменьшается на внешнеторговое сальдо. Если экспорт в мировых ценах превышает импорт, разница соответственно увеличивается на внешнеторговое сальдо. Представляет собой стоимость товаров, пересекающих государственную границу в результате коммерческих сделок по их купле или продаже, а также стоимость товаров, проданных на коммерческой основе и перешедших в собственность страны-покупателя, но оставшихся на территории страны-продавца. Стоимость операций (услуг) материального характера, осуществляемых между партнерами разных стран не на коммерческой основе, в прямой внешнеторговый оборот не включается. Определяется на момент составления таможенных документов.
