(клетки зачатка нервной системы зародыша лягушки в капле лимфы) получена Р.Гаррисоном в 1907.* * *Культура ткани — содержание живых клеток или ткани в жидкой или мягкой гелевой среде in vitro с поддержанием условий, обеспечивающих питание, газообмен и удаление продуктов метаболизма, а также асептических условий путем добавления, напр., антибиотиков. Различают 3 категории К. т.:а) культура клеток — культура индивидуальных клеток, выделенных из ткани энзиматически (ферментативно) или физически;б) непосредственно К. т.;в) культура органов. Особым типом является культура протопластов. Впервые К. т. (клетки зачатка нервной системы зародыша лягушки в капле лимфы) получена Р.
