In the event that the IOC has conditioned the release of a certain product or service category upon the IOC’s participation in the sales process, IOC - Sochi 2014 Sales Committee shall decide on the sales approach and select the Sochi 2014 sponsor/supporter/supplier/licensee in the given product or service category. The IOC - Sochi 2014 Sales Committee shall be composed of one designated representative of the IOC and one designated representative of Sochi 2014 Marketing programs department and shall meet informally, as often as necessary (using all modern communication channels).
