ⓘ Supreme Court Juridiction suprême des États-Unis, formée de 9 juges inamovibles ( Justices) nommés par le président avec l'accord du Sénat. C'est la Cour suprême qui vérifie la constitutionnalité des lois, qui régit les rapports entre les États, entre les États et le gouvernement fédéral, mais aussi entre le citoyen et les instances constitutionnelles.
