f tax card* * *die Lohnsteuerkartewage tax card* * *The Lohnsteuerkarte is a card showing income tax and social security contributions paid in a particular year. If the employee changes jobs, this card and their Sozialversicherungsausweis must be given to the new employer. At the end of the year the Lohnsteuerkarte is returned to the employee. They can then present it to the tax office together with their income tax return and claim any tax rebates they may be entitled to.
