Управление соревнованиями призвано обеспечить совместимость и четкую согласованность соревнований по всем видам спорта, входящим в Олимпийскую и Паралимпийскую программу. ОКОИ может учредить функциональное подразделение, занимающееся всеми аспектами управления соревнованиями.
