цветоразностный сигнал
Цветовой видеосигнал, созданный путем вычитания яркостной и/или цветовой составляющей из одного из первичных цветовых сигналов (красного, зеленого, синего — RGB). В цветоразностном формате Betacam, например, яркость (Y) и цветоразностные компоненты (R-Y и B-Y) соотносятся следующим образом:
Y= 0.3 Red + 0.59 Green + 0.11 Blue
R-Y= 0.7 Red - 0.59 Green - 0.11 Blue
B-Y = 0.89 Blue - 0.59 Green - 0.3 Red
Цветоразностный сигнал G-V не создается, так как он может быть реконструирован из остальных трех сигналов. Есть и другие соглашения о вычитании цветов: SMPTE, EBU-N1 0 и МП. Цветоразностные сигналы не следует называть компонентами видеосигнала. Этот термин зарезервирован для компонентов RGB. Нестрого термин «компонент видеосигнала» часто используется именно в смысле цветоразностных сигналов.
