Se invece si pensa alle singole persone che fanno cose diverse all'interno del gruppo, si sceglie il plurale: The party, who are trying to change their image, have had a few setbacks recently, il partito, che sta cercando di cambiare la propria immagine, ultimamente ha avuto delle battute d'arresto.
