allemal, semper. omni tempore. usque quaque. numquam non (zu jeder Zeit). – certe. haud dubie (als Versicherungspartikel bei Behauptungen). – Ost steht »allemal« im Deutschen bloß um die Wiederholung einer Handlung anzuzeigen, bes. in dem Falle, wenn wir den Plural eines Substantivs nicht bilden können; dann wird es im Lateinischen ausgedrückt: a) durch den Plur. des Subst.; z. B. von der Ankunft des Archias wurde a. so viel gesprochen, daß etc., Archiae adventus sie celebrabantur, ut etc. – b) durch omnis; z. B. die Liebe fürchtet a., omnis veretur amor. – c) durch quisque (jeder ohne Ausnahme), u. zwar α) bei den Ordinalzahlen, z. B. allem. im fünften Jahre, quinto quoque. anno: a. beim dritten Worte, tertio quoque verbo. – β) bei den Superlativen, z. B. das Neueste ist nicht a. das Beste, recentissima quaeque non sunt optima. – γ) in Relativsätzen, z. B. steht das, was a. in jedem Falle geschehen wird, fest, si certum est, quid quaque de re quoque tempore futurum sit. – d) durch die Distributiva, wenn im Deutschen bei »allemal« die Kardinalzahlen stehen, z. B. allem. zehn bis zwölf haben eine Frau gemeinschaftlich, uxores habent deni duodenique inter se communes. – e) durch mihi mos est mit Genet. Gerundii (es ist meine Sitte zu etc.), z. B. hierauf seien sie a. auseinander gegangen, quibus peractis morem sibi discedendi fuisse. – allemal wenn, quoties (sooft). – quotiescumque (sooft nur). – allem. wenn einer; quoties quisque; cum quispiam; ut quisque (mit extemplo, protinus, statim, tum denique ita im Nachsatze).

oft, saepe. saepenumero (oft, gehen auf die Verschiedenheit der Zeitteile). – compluries (mehrmals). – crebro (wiederholt, zu wiederholten Malen). – multum (viel, vielmals). – non raro (nicht selten; gehen alle vier auf die wiederholte Sache). – frequenter (häufig, geht auf die Subjekte, durch die etwas öfter geschieht). – oft mit jmd. zusammensein, multum esse cum alqo: ich tue etwas oft, soleo alqd facere. – Auch wird »oft« durch die Adjektive creber u. frequens (deren Untersch. s. »häufig«) ausgedrückt, z.B. er war oft in Rom, erat Romae frequens: er befiehlt oft Feuer anzuzünden, crebros ignes fieri iubet. – od. durch Verba frequentativa, z.B. oft lesen, lectitare: oft besuchen, frequentare. – öfter, öfters, saepius; crebrius: sehr oft, saepissime; persaepe; creberrime; frequentissime; permultum: ziemlich oft, satis saepe: zu oft, nimium saepe; saepius iusto; auch [1828] bl. saepius: wie oft, quam saepe; quoties: so oft, tam saepe; toties; saepissime (so sehr oft, z.B. habe ich dich gebeten etc.): so oft (als) nur, quotiescumque: oft genug, satis saepe; persaepe; non parum saepe; saepe plane: wenn auch noch so oft, si saepissime: so oft einer, d. i. allemal wenn einer, s. allemal.
