= printed circuit boardпечатная (схемная, монтажная) плататонкий плоский прямоугольник из изоляционного материала, на поверхности которого с одной или двух сторон монтируются электронные компоненты, соединяемые между собой проводниками. Основа печатной платы - стеклотекстолит, представляющий собой спрессованные листы стеклоткани, пропитанные эпоксидной смолой. Поверхность изготавливаемой печатной платы покрывается медной фольгой, из которой с помощью фотошаблонов и химического травления получают сигнальный слой с проводниками, соединяющими контактные площадки для микросхем. Печатные платы могут состоять из нескольких слоёв: плата с одним слоем проводников (сигнальных и/или питающих) называется односторонней, с двумя - двусторонней, с тремя и более - многослойной (МПП). Связь между слоями осуществляется, как правило, через металлизированные отверстия (mounting hole).
