При условиях отсутствия повреждений не может быть косвенного прикосновения, поскольку открытые проводящие части электрооборудования отделены от опасных токоведущих частей основной изоляцией. Поэтому они не могут оказаться под напряжением и представлять опасность для человека и животных.
