Beside it πέμπτος (second. πέντος; phonetic. or after πέντε) like Lat. quīntus, Lith. peñktas, Goth. fimfta from * penkʷtos. Both in πέμπτος and in πεμπάς, - άζομαι the π befor τ and α continues directly the labio-velar.
