Raxeru, herramienta alargada con dos pequeños mangos uno a cada extremo que sirve para desbastar la madera, bien los madreñeros que principalmente la usan para rematar el pulimiento de sus madreñas, como también los goxeirus tienen el raxeiru como su principal herramienta, así como cualquier aldeano tiene en su teixá un raxeiru que usa desde hacer un arado de madera, hasta desbastar y afinar el mango de una fexoria, etc., etc. También se llama raxeru ou raxeiru a un palo por lo regular cilíndrico muy fino y derecho que se usa para pasarlo por encima a las medidas de cualquier cosa con el fin de que ni baya de más ni tampoco de menos. Un copín de maíz raxeiru, se le considera pequeño aunque tenga la justa medida.
