(курс нового выпуска ценных бумаг) Цена, по которой новый выпуск ценных бумаг (new issue) продается публике. После выпуска на рынок ценные бумаги имеют рыночную цену, которая может быть выше (с премией; выше номинала) или ниже (со скидкой; ниже номинала) цены эмиссии (см. также: stag( спекуляция ценными бумагами)). При представлении ценных бумаг на бирже (introduction), предложении новых ценных бумаг на продажу (offer for sale) или публичном выпуске новых акций (public issue) компания в результате консультаций с биржевыми брокерами и банкирами фиксирует цену выпускаемых акций. При выпуске ценных бумаг на основе торга/аукциона (issue by tender) цена эмиссии определяется самой высокой из цен, указанных в заявках. При размещении новых ценных бумаг (placing) цена определяется в ходе переговоров между эмиссионным домом и брокером, занимающимся размещением. -
