неоклассическая теория экономики
Неоклассицизм — возникшее в конце ХIХ в. течение экономической мысли, которое можно считать началом современной экономической науки. Оно произвело т.н. маржиналистскую революцию в классической экономике минувшего столетия, которая была представлена такими именами как А.Смит, Д.Рикардо, Дж.Милль, К.Маркс и др.. Маржиналистская революция означает следующее: «Неоклассики» развили инструментарий предельного анализа экономики, прежде всего понятие предельной полезности, практически одновременно открытое У.Джевонсом, К.Менгером и Л.Вальрасом, а также предельной производительности, которое использовалось и некоторыми представителями классической экономики, например, И.Тюненом. Среди крупнейших представителей неоклассицизма, кроме названных, Дж.Кларк, Ф.Эджеворт, И. Фишер, А.Маршалл, В.Парето, К.Викселль. Они подчеркивали значение дефицитности благ для определения их цены, заложили общее представление о сути оптимального распределения (заданных) ресурсов. При этом они исходили из теорем предельного анализа, определяя условия оптимального выбора благ, оптимальной структуры производства, оптимальной интенсивности использования факторов, оптимального момента времени (процентной ставки). Все эти понятия суммируются в главном критерии: субъективные и объективные нормы замещения между любыми двумя благами (продуктами или ресурсами) должны быть равны для всех домашних хозяйств и всех производственных единиц соответственно, и эти субъективные и объективные соотношения должны равняться друг другу. В дополнение к этим основным условиям исследовались условия второго порядка — закон убывающей отдачи, а также система ранжирования индивидуальных полезностей и др. По-видимому, главным достижением этой школы является разработанная Вальрасом модель конкурентного равновесия (См. Вальраса система уравнений). Тем не менее, в целом для Н.т.э. характерен микроэкономический подход к экономическим явлениям, в отличие от кейнсианства, в теории которого доминирует макроэкономический подход. Неоклассики заложили базу для более поздних экономических концепций, таких как теория экономики благосостояния, теория экономического роста (см. напр. Харрода — Домара модель). Эти концепции иногда называют «современной неоклассической школой«. Ряд экономистов недавнего времени попытались также соединить некоторые положения классической теории, неоклассицизма и кейнсианства — это течение получило название неоклассического синтеза. Идеи Н.т.э. наиболее полно были изложены в «Принципах экономической теории» А.Маршалла, которые «… должны быть признаны одной из наиболее долговечных и жизнеспособных книг в истории экономической науки: это единственный трактат ХIХ в. по экономической теории, который все еще продается сотнями каждый год и который все еще с большой пользой может быть прочитан современным читателем»[1] Добавим, что и в России издан трехтомник Маршалла ( в 1993 г.)
