Аукцион, в ходе которого лот продается кому-то по цене более низкой, чем самая высокая из заявленных этим покупателем цен; часть цены возмещается или кредитуется участнику торгов; право торговаться ограничено теми, кто приобрел или согласился приобрести один или более предметов, или же предметы раздаются или дарятся. В соответствии с Законом о псевдоаукционах 1961 г. содействие таким аукционам или их проведение является преступлением.
