митохондрия, хондриосома, пластосомаОрганелла эукариотической клетки, обеспечивающая организм энергией за счет окислительного фосфорилирования oxidative phosphorylation; число М. в клетке широко колеблется - от нескольких штук до десятков тыс.; в М. содержится ДНК (несущая активные гены), специфические мРНК, тРНК и особые митохондриальные рибосомы; мембрана М. двухслойная, внутренний слой образует кристы cristae; термин «М» предложен К. Бендой в 1897 для описанных ранее (1894) Р.Альтманном органелл - биобластов.* * *Митохондрия — полуавтономная, саморепродуцирующаяся (самовоспроизводящаяся) органелла, которая присутствует в цитоплазме всех клеток у большинства (не у всех) эукариот (напр., микроспоридии лишены М., их функции выполняет клеточная мембрана). Число М. в одной клетке составляет от единиц до нескольких тысяч. Каждая М. окружена двойной мембраной. Внутренняя мембрана сильно втянута (инвагинирована) и ее выступы называются кристами. В М. имеются сайты, контролирующие реакции окислительного фосфорилирования, т. к. В М. вырабатывается АТФ. М. содержат ДНК, несущие активные гены, особые, характерные именно для них рибосомы, иРНК и тРНК. М. зависят от ядерных генов клеток, входящих в состав многих важных иРНК, т.к. белки, транслируемые этими иРНК в клеточном цитозоле, имеют важное для них значение. Предполагают, что М. произошли от аэробных бактерий, установивших симбиотические отношения с примитивными протоэукариотами. Термин предложен К.Бендой в 1897 г. для описанных в 1894 г. Р.
