Here also prob. Arm. car̄ `tree', pl. `shrubs'. Further one connects ON kiarr n. `shrubs' (PGg. *kersá-). With other vocalism ON kass (\< * kars) `basket', PGm. *kársa-. Here also γάρσανα and γάρρα.
