Топология, используемая в компьютерных сетях, где группы станций подключаются к центральному концентратору подобно ветвям дерева, а концентраторы в центрах этих ветвей подключаются, в свою очередь, к центральному концентратору более высокого уровня. Такую топологию называют еще иерархической звездой (hierarchical star).
