28 PORTFOLIO THEORY
«Портфельная» теория
Концепция, разработанная Г. Марковицем в начале пятидесятых годов, в которой исследуются способы максимизации ожидаемого дохода на инвестиции, составляющие портфель ценных бумаг, при правильном распределении риска. Марковиц считал, что рациональные инвесторы будут рисковать своими сбережениями только в том случае, если ожидаемый доход будет достаточной компенсацией за риск. Значительная часть инвесторов предпочитает иметь эффективный инвестиционный портфель( efficient portfolio), т.е максимальную безопасность вложений относительно ожидаемого дохода или максимально высокий доход относительно данной степени риска. Практические выводы «портфельной» теории заключаются в том, что инвесторы должны правильно распределять риски, составляя свой портфель из разных инструментов фондового рынка.
