Состоит из блоков верхней памяти (UMB)2) Unified Memory Architecture - унифицированная архитектура памятипредусматривает использование части расположенной на системной плате оперативной памяти в качестве видеопамяти. Как правило, в этом случае сам графический адаптер тоже располагается на системной плате. Такое решение не имеет никаких преимуществ по производительности перед традиционным с отдельной видеопамятью и может даже приводить к некоторому снижению производительности ПК из-за того, что процессор и графический контроллер используют одну и ту же шину данных.
