функциональный операционный план
Документ, отображающий деятельность функций по подготовке и проведению Игр и содержащий перечень внутренних и внешних клиентских групп, уровней клиентского сервиса, результатов деятельности каждой функции. Функциональные операционные планы могут быть интегрированы в общий операционный план и представлены в разрезах планов по функциям, клиентским группам, объектам. Операционные планы ежегодно уточняются и детализируются от общего видения к детальному плану-графику периода Игр.

functional operational plan (FOP)
Document reflecting functional activities for the Games organization and staging, and containing lists of both internal and external client groups, client services levels, outcomes of each function operations. Functional operational plans may be integrated in the comprehensive operational plan or viewed separately for each Function, client group or venue. Operational plans are annually updated and finalized – from general overview to detailed master schedule for the Games period.
