HRthe interaction and interpersonal relationships between members of a group and the ways in which groups form, function, and dissolve. Group dynamics is an important aspect of successful teamwork and is a factor influencing the outcome of any form of group activity, including training courses. Issues of power, influence, and interpersonal conflict all affect dynamics and group performance. One means of helping people to create positive group dynamics is sensitivity training. -
