Состояние хорошего физического и психического самочувствия, сопровождающееся веселым настроением или ликованием. Как правило, это состояние вызывается искусственным путем, неестественно. Эйфория связана с попытками повторно пережить счастливое или радостное настроение, которое не может возникнуть произвольно. Как и восторженное настроение, она не соответствует действительной интрапсихической или внешней реальности. Вместе с тем эйфория не сопровождается гиперактивностью, характеризующей маниакальные или гипоманиакальные состояния.Обычно эйфория вызывается увеселительными мероприятиями, разрешением сложных жизненных проблем или уходом от большой ответственности; искусственно эйфорию вызывают алкоголь и стимулирующие средства (амфетамин, кокаин и т.п.). Крайние формы эйфории проявляются в органических, токсических и травматических синдромах головного мозга. "Индифферентная эйфория" — веселое настроение без соответствующей глубины аффекта — описана при шизофрении.см. настроение, эйфория\Лит.: [99, 254] -
