ТАМОЖЕННЫЙ ТАРИФ, таможенный сбор; таможенная пошлина;. свод ставок таможенных пошлин (ставок Т.т.), применяемых к товарам, перемещаемым через таможенную границу данной страны. Порядок формирования и применения Т.т. в Российской Федерации, а также правила обложения перемещаемых товаров пошлинами установлены Законом РФ 'О Таможенном Тарифе' (1993 г.), действующим на единой таможенной территории РФ. Т.т. РФ применяется к товарам, систематизированным в соответствии с Товарной Номенклатурой Внешнеэкономической Деятельности РФ, устанавливая: ставки таможенных пошлин, виды ставок и сам порядок их установления; характер и порядок (механизм) применения сезонных и особых пошлин; систему и методы определения таможенной стоимости товара и порядок их применения; принципы определения страны происхождения товара; тарифные льготы, преференции. Основными целями Т.т., выступающего инструментом торговой политики и государственного регулирования внутреннего рынка товаров РФ при его взаимосвязи с мировым рынком, являются; 1) рационализация товарной структуры ввоза товаров в РФ; 2) поддержание рационального соотношение вывоза и ввоза товаров, валютных доходов и расходов на территории РФ; 3) создание условий для прогрессивных изменений в структуре производства и потребления товаров в РФ; 4) защита экономики РФ от неблагоприятного воздействия иностранной конкуренции; обеспечение условий для эффективной интеграции РФ в мировую экономику. .
