эквивалент обыкновенных акцийоблигации или привилегированные акции, конвертируемые в обыкновенные акции. Опцион (или право) на покупку обыкновенных акций по оговоренной цене, обычно со скидкой от рыночной стоимости, также является эквивалентом обыкновенный акций. При конвертации в обыкновенные акции, доля собственности существующих акционеров может уменьшиться.
